1. Account Terms
Savers must be of legal age under local jurisdiction rules to configure digital micro-savings transactions. You are responsible for maintaining safe control over connected UPI accounts.
2. Vault Ownership
Every purchase made through the platform triggers physical acquisition of gold. The physical bullion is placed under IDBI Trusteeship. Ownership belongs to the buyer instantly.
3. Delivery & Transit
Physical deliveries are processed in collaboration with certified logistics partners. All products remain insured during transit until signature handoff is complete.
4. Market Fluctuations
Digital Gold is backed 1:1 by real bullion. Prices are synced directly with wholesale spot prices. Tridhanam is not responsible for market value changes.
